I am Ryan Parrish, the founder and owner of XZACTA SHEARS XZLLC.  I am also the inventor of the XZACTA ULTIMATE HAIR SCISSORS SHARPENING SYSTEM.  It is specifically designed for hair cutting scissors, although any kind  can be sharpened on this scissors sharpening machine.  Even knives can be done, but I just recently invented an unbelievable thing for that.  To my knowledge, it is the most accurate  scissors sharpening system in the world.  I think I have either used or know about all the ones currently available.
